Here's a simple guide to prepare frozen lemon juice for a week!
Ingredients:
- Seven lemons and
- Seven 1 oz cups (or ice cube tray)
Instructions:
- Cut each lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a glass.
- Remove any seeds from the juice.
- Pour the lemon juice into each 1 oz cup or the ice cube tray, filling each compartment about 3/4 full.
- Place the ice cube tray in the freezer and freeze until solid.
How to Enjoy:
- Every morning, pop out a lemon juice ice cube and add it to a glass of hot or cold water (8-12 oz).
- Give it a stir and let the cube melt for a few minutes before enjoying your refreshing and revitalizing lemon water.
